Community guidelines

Version 2026-10-28. They apply to everything you post in the codai feed.

The feed is a place to show what you build, find collaborators and share ideas. To keep it useful and safe, everyone who posts agrees to these rules.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Posts that break these rules are removed and accounts that post them can be suspended or closed, without warning in serious cases.

Not allowed

Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
Any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
Harassment, bullying, threats or targeting a person.
Pornography or sexually explicit content.
Graphic violence, glorifying violence or terrorism.
Encouraging suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
Spam, scams, misleading offers or repetitive promotion.
Other people's personal data (addresses, phone numbers, documents) without consent.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
Pretending to be another person or organisation.
Malware, phishing links or instructions for attacking systems.

Report a post

Every post has a Report action in its menu. Choose a reason and add details if you can. The author is not told who reported them. You can also report content without an account at codai.ro/report-abuse.

Block a user

Use Block in a post's menu to stop seeing that person's posts. They will not see yours either, and they are not notified.

Moderation within 24 hours

Our moderators review reports within 24 hours. A post reported by several people is hidden automatically until a moderator decides. Images are checked automatically before they are published.

Statement of reasons

When we hide or remove your post, we tell you why on the post itself (the rule it broke and the action taken). If you think we got it wrong, write to abuse@codai.ro and a person will review the decision.
